Te Puna Manawa HealthWEST
COVID-19 Alert Level 3 Update

We hope you are all keeping safe and well during this challenging time.

We are pleased to let you know that the majority of Te Puna Manawa HealthWEST services are continuing to operate, with many of our face-to-face services

moving online and over the phone.   Below is an update on how each of our services are running at the moment, and how to get in touch.

The Youth Health Clinic will be operating under Level 3 guidelines to ensure we keep everyone safe.  We have divided our team up into bubbles to make this possible.  All of our Youth Health services continue to run remotely using text, phone, email, and video-call. In-person health clinic appointments at the Hub are by appointment only, so please phone ahead to book.

Wherever possible we will try to hold a phone consultation with you. Our staff will be sending txt messages and or calling you to arrange the best type of appointment for your needs.  Of course some of you will still need to still be seen at the hub face to face, as long as you are well and have no symptoms or cough/ cold/ sore throats.. If you have an appointment coming up soon wait to receive your text/call or FB message for further instructions.  If you have any questions please call us on 0800 526 023. Remember you can also send us a FB/Insta message to the Youth Health Hub if this is easier for you.

The Healthy Babies Healthy Futures community learning programmes continue to run remotely via text, phone, email, and video-call. Please contact cherrill.rave@healthwest.co.nz for more information.

Noho Ᾱhuru will continue to run it’s service remotely over text, phone, email, and video-call. For more information and how to get in touch click here
