Te Puna Manawa HealthWEST is a Māori Provider Partner committed to providing effective and efficient health services. We are passionate about improving health outcomes in the Waitematā and Auckland district by delivering free, accessible, innovative community and primary health services focusing on Māori, Pacific, tamariki, rangatahi, whānau and other high-needs populations.  Te Puna Manawa’s Youth Health Hub is a free health service for young people aged 12 – 24 years living in West Auckland, North Shore and Rodney.


He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role:
We seek a Registered Nurse passionate about improving outcomes for rangatahi to join our busy team at Youth Health Hub. This position will provide nursing assessment, intervention and follow up to young people. This permanent full time role will be split between our clinics in Glenfield and Henderson. Experience in youth health nursing and the ability to engage with young people is imperative.


He kōrero mōu | About You:
Ideally you will be a vibrant, energised registered nurse with current practising certificate and a minimum of 5 years experience in primary health You will have excellent knowledge of Med Tech and MS Office suite as well as excellent written and communication skills. Success in this role requires an appreciation and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to improving outcomes for young people and their families. Previous experience working with Maori & Pasifika youth and communities is an advantage.
