Te Puna Manawa HealthWEST is a Māori Provider Partner committed to providing effective and efficient health services. We are passionate about improving health outcomes in the Waitematā district by delivering free, accessible, innovative community and primary health services focusing on Māori, Pacific, tamariki, rangatahi, whānau and other high-needs populations. Noho Āhuru – Healthy Homes is a free service which aims to support whānau and children to have warmer, drier, and healthier homes. We deliver our interventions through a mixture of social work and interagency collaboration.
He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role:
We are seeking a friendly, helpful, experienced administrator, who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Noho Āhuru Team Leader, Social Workers and Kaiāwhina.
To be considered for this role you need to have:
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- great computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- an excellent ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- experience in providing exceptional customer services
- knowledge or experience in Medtech or similar
- own transport and full driver licence essential
- competency in Te Reo Māori and Tikanga would be an advantage
